Overview
This qualification targets safety officers, managers, supervisors and workers required to inspect the scaffold. Learners obtaining this qualification will develop an understanding of scaffolding components and inspection procedures for non-designed scaffolds to comply with the current legislation and codes of practice.

- Understand the basic scaffolding components and the principles of safe systems of work during erection and dismantling.

Understand the basic scaffolding components and the principles of Scaffolding Inspection
- Work site assessing and safe construction of basic scaffolding
- Ground sole and plates level
- Identify key elements of a scaffold inspection components as per standard
- Level of scaffolds and capacity
- Scaffolding inspection check list
- Identify float components
